Introducing: The Titan Series (3/4" / 20mm)

We are now stocking the Exolon® Titan series, available in a substantial 3/4" (20 mm) thickness. Engineered specifically for extreme safety applications, the Titan sheet meets the rigorous C3 Classification (DIN EN ISO 23125), making it the premier choice for machine guards and safety glazing. It is designed to withstand high-velocity impacts and willful destruction, protecting personnel and machinery without compromising visibility. Despite its thickness, Titan retains the ability to be thermoformed and machined for complex heavy-gauge projects.

General Purpose (GP) Features

Our standard Tuffak® and Exolon® GP sheets offer a polished surface with exceptional dimensional stability and high impact resistance. They are ideal for thermoforming, cold-curving, and fabricating using standard workshop tools. These sheets perform reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -100°C to +120°C (-148°F to +248°F). We offer these in Crystal Clear for maximum light transmission, as well as opaque Black and White and two shades of Gray/Smoke tints for sun control and privacy.
